Founded in 1987 working on small remodeling projects, we have grown over the years into a full service design-build firm. We have the ability to take a client from a blank sheet of paper to a new addition or dream home. Teakwood is proud to serve the Fredericksburg area, including the City of Fredericksburg, Caroline, King George, Louisa, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties. Our services include custom design, remodeling, small or large additions, new custom homes, and large scale project management.
